How much does shipping cost to return items?

We are very sorry, but we are unable to offer free shipping for returns. Returns must be made at your own cost. Please return using a standard service that offers tracking. A return label will be provided to you once you contact customer service.

How can I track the status of my return?

As soon as we have received and processed your return, you will receive an email notification. Please note that it can take 3-5 business days for the payment to show in your account, depending on the card issuer.

Can I cancel my order?

We can attempt to cancel your order, please use the chat or email customer service ASAP to request this. Although canceling an order can’t be guaranteed, because we’re quick at processing orders, you have 15 days from the delivery date to return the item or items.
